NPC Is Re-Opening for In-Person Church Service

Dear Northminster Family,

I am happy to announce that in-person church services will resume at Northminster on June 7—this coming Sunday, a Communion Sunday, at 10 am.  It will be great to see you in person again.  For those of you who do not yet feel comfortable joining a public gathering, the service will also be live-streamed on Zoom. Call (858-499-3990) or email (church@northminstersandiego.com) the NPC Office for the meeting ID.

While we are all probably very good at social-distancing by this time, there are a few things you will need to remember when you attend the service on Sunday:

  • Families and households may sit together, but each group or single will need to maintain a distance of 6 feet from others. Children will need to remain with their parents during the service, since no Sunday School classes will be offered.

  • Facial coverings must be worn when entering and exiting the building and when singing.

  • Every other row of pews will be blocked off, and the entire seating section in front of the stage will be closed.

  • Beverages and food will not be served, though you may bring your own—which must be in sealed containers (please, no Starbucks or fast food disposable cups).

  • May God continue to bless our congregation and church family.

I look forward to seeing you on June 7th

    Love in Christ,

    Pastor Jay Shirley
